Kfc - Framingham

This is my first review, I would like to give 0 as there is no option so giving 1 star, i went to store to pick up an order today, as soon as arrive my order was almost ready and i asked lady whether everything was packed she said yes but sauces waspacked which was ordered as part of the order. When i requested she was very very arrogant, to double check i asked whethereverything is packed she shouted and responded very rudely that ? whatever you order it will be there? and when i requested forextra sause she again arrogantly asking what do you need! I came to know that her name is SABANA/ZABANA and she is the managerof the store( when i asked her name the other guy who was working on the floor was also cracking jokes and laughing). This isreally very bad a worst experience i had in my experience which screwed my whole weekend. Please don't visit this store when sheis available.if manager only behaves rude how does employees do.Thanks!

CASHIER MEN STICK FINGERS ON THE NOSE AND KEEP WORKING LIKE THIS THAT NOT GOOD HE HAVE TO WASH THE HANDS AND HE CAN DO THAT FRONT THE CLIENTS SO NASTY NOT PROFESSIONAL 8/17/2022 KFC 149 COCHITUATE ROAD FRAMINGHAM MA.

The food is great and the people are obviously working incredibly hard. However, they?re severely understaffed. I placed a pickup order for 4:45PM at around 4:25PM. I didn?t receive my food until about 4:55PM. The lot was full so I had to park in aspot that threatened to tow me if I was there for more than 15 minutes. I almost didn?t make it back on time to work because ofthis. I?m lucky I didn?t get towed. Given three starts strictly because a couple of people there have a really positiveattitude, and I work retail so I get it.

This location is wayyyy too small to handle the amount of business they receive, so everyone suffers. The employees are clearly over-worked and underpaid so they move very slow( I don't blame them) and the food ends up being cold and gross many times,especially at night. The customers are rude as hell because they have to wait longer than normal for fast food. It's just acircus. Not to mention, the parking lot very small and shared with 3-4 other businesses They need to move locations, or open upanother one- the demand is clearly there.

I have nothing against this location of Taco Bell combined with KFC. However, my order was very subpar. I got the spicy chicken sandwich with a drink and three Doritos locos tacos. The spicy chicken sandwich was fine I guess. I thought it was very mediocrefor a fast food chicken sandwich. The Chick-fil-A spicy chicken sandwich is at least three times better. The sauces they gave meeven the Diablo sauce was really not spicy. The Doritos locos tacos were way worse than I remembered from a few years ago. Beingaware of the negative health consequences of eating here and what they put in their taco filler. I will not be eating hereagain.
