I really like the grill and chill The burgers are always great certainly better than the burgers at like McDonald's also generally like the ice cream of course and tend to get the banana split because that's one of their best values

Stopped by with the family to get Blizzards and a shake. Asked the worker to clean mixer before making shake because my son has Celiac, been to dozens of other DQ 's never been an issue. Was told We don 't cater to allergies

My boyfriend and I have been regulars at this restaurant for years, and we've typically had great experiences. However, tonight was quite disappointing. We were the only customers in the drive-thru, but despite that, our blizzards sat on the counter for over a minute while the employees chatted. When we finally received our blizzards, they weren't even what we had ordered. We both requested the Oreo Hot Cocoa Blizzard, but instead of chocolate ice cream, we got only vanilla. There were hardly any Oreos in either one; they just contained a few crumbs. It's really frustrating to spend money on large blizzards only to end up with cups full of vanilla ice cream.

The staff were unprofessional during our visit. My son approached the window to ask if we could place an order, and they simply shut it in his face. When we went inside to express that this was rude, their reply was, "We're short-staffed." They even struggled to remember the names of their own menu items, calling one a "medium choco thing-a-ma-jig!" I hope this was just an isolated incident and not a reflection of their usual service.

Dq! It's perfect for a blizzard. I’ve never tried their food, but it always looks enticing. Their ice cream and frozen treats are legendary and definitely worth it. I recommend using the drive-thru, as the dining room isn’t worth giving up your car radio and temperature control!
