Amazing! Love it here! Used to eat here all the time and LOVE their taco Tuesday! We then moved to phoenix az and still cant find a restaurant as good. The tacos and burrito loco is AMAZING!

This is one of my favorite restaurants to eat at. Very friendly service and the best steaks this side of Texas. Nice size portions as well.

When You Just Up And Go To Mexico For Whatever Reason(,Fowler People Know!!! Never Has Been About The Community Of Fowler, , When You Close The Restaurant , With No Regard To Your Customer’s , You Are In The Wrong Bussines! !!!!!!

Great service and food a must have if your driving through southwest Kansas and want great grilled chicken flour tacos I'm told they have the best steak in kansas I just can't eat red meats so I'm thankful they have food I can eat on a diet. I also hear people say how much the cost is for a steak but for what you get at medranos is way cheaper and better than anywhere else in southwest kansas even the grocery stores charge more for steak uncooked so can't blame a restaurant for raising prices because they are forced to or close the doors and it's the only place for us people in western ks to have a meal out or drive 40 miles to dodge city 1 way for more expensive steaks and so if you a penny pincher good luck finding this great of steak anywhere else.
