El Pollo Loco - Fountain Valley

I had El Pollo Loco in many places, but I'm the best place. The chicken here tastes juniper!

Let's get the salsa bar back. What happened to the chicken at the elevated price pollen bowl combo? Redded chicken instead of scrap and much less.

Only one person takes care of all customers to order a long waiting period and get your order. Also thank you for reviewing my bag before leaving the premises, the sauces I order were not included, and now you need to be sure that you ask for utensils, napkins even salt and pepper, because if not they are provided as in the past. Also noticed that some of the employees were more interested in their conversations than helping their employees with all customers who are waiting to be served. The food is still good, but the service is something you analyze in detail.

That was one of the better days for lunch. Chicken was moist and not overcooked. I liked 2 salad dresses, but they said they were low and could only offer 1. Restaurant was clean and staff was friendly.

Great food and great prices but the new elderly cashier up front is crabby and I've never seen him smile, say thank you or be kind in any manner. I've worked fast food with a drive in window and I know it can be challenging, but at least make an attempt at appreciating your customers. His personality is as dru as a 3 day old tortilla.
