Bidrage med feedbackMy partner and I had decided early on that we wanted Raitha for our engagement party and it was totally worth it. It was a pretty large order (50 ish items) and they were all delivered right on time. Also, many thanks to the staff as I know my housewas out of the regular delivery range and they still came through.
A nice, quiet and authentic South Indian place. I literally loved every thing we ordered. Definitely a regular from now.
We decided to order the Gobi Manchurian and the Chennai Masala Dosa. Unfortunately, the vegan options weren't clearly labeled, but the food was fantastic!
There aren’t many good Indian breakfast spots in the peninsula, so I highly recommend checking this place out. They open at 8 AM on weekends for breakfast. One suggestion I have is that aside from their special dishes, other items didn't seem freshly made. The vada was definitely not crispy and tasted reheated, and the chutneys were cold, indicating they might not have been prepared fresh. Unfortunately, they also don’t serve filter coffee. I hope the management takes note of this feedback and makes some adjustments. When we lived in the South Bay, Komala Vilas was my go-to for breakfast, and I really miss that place since moving to the peninsula. I’m hoping Ritha can fill that gap. On a positive note, the staff is very friendly. Yamini is always cheerful and greets you with a big smile when serving the food.
This is my go-to spot whenever I crave chicken biryani. It's a small restaurant, but they serve authentic Indian cuisine. I always get the Vijayawada chicken biryani, which perfectly matches my taste. The portions are huge—I can't finish it all in one sitting, so I usually enjoy it over two or three meals. The spice level is just right for me. Whenever I think of having biryani, this is the place that comes to mind. Next time, I’ll try some of their other dishes as well!
