Foxgardin Kitchen Ale - Fortville

The food here is always delicious, but every time I've been, the service has taken forever. Like we wait on food for almost an hour and there's barely anyone in the restaurant. The latest time I went was Father's Day and we didn't even order our main dishes until we had been there at least 45 min and the place was dead. It was kinda nuts. But the food was delicious and the server was kind, so we left satisfied despite waiting. Most of my family is or has been in the service industry so we get it, but we definitely got antsy.

Great place in Fortville; well worth a visit. We stopped in on a Friday night without reservations, and they were able to seat us right away. The waiter was great and very informative on the various dishes and specials. He had good recommendations for drinks and food. The appetizers were large and had plenty to share, and the entrees were delicious. The warm cookie and ice cream for dessert was a great ending to our visit. Well worth a stop if you are in the area; or even a drive up from Indy.

Service beyond amazing. Dave took care of us. He was extremely knowledgeable and descriptive when inquiring about the menu, kind and warm hearted. Our food was delicious, atmosphere is laid back and inviting, the price was more than reasonable. This is where it’s at!!! I will be back

Fantastic local restaurant with great food, great prices, and great service. Whipped Goat cheese spread is phenomenal. Save room for the pies.

Love this establishment! I always leave happy when I go for drinks, dinner or both! Fabulous cocktails and food is out of this world!
