Landmark Kitchen - Fort Worth

This place is ok, not really innovating but instead just another bar. I do like the big patio and the big American flag they have up. Can't say the same about their food, for a $10 Turkey sandwich you'd figure they'd include more fries with your order but they don't care, they also really need to reconfigure their small restrooms, it will take you abt 20 min to get through the line on a Saturday. Then they wonder why they loose their clientele to other bars.

This was our first visit to Landmark and won't be our last. The staff were friendly, the drinks were priced right for happy hour and they have a great atmosphere with live music and a mechanical bull! The picture is of the donkey bowl which I highly recommend.

Highly disappointed of the customer! I usually come here with my friends, this time I told my new friends (they never been there) that we should have fun because of karaoke Thursday ????. However was totally disappointed, we had to ask for waitress and we had to ask to the girl (short, long hair, had a purple jacket) to get a clean table, they should be more concern nowadays because of COVID. The girl said ?yes? but never showed up. Went there to order, they were dancing andthe other girl on the phone instead to get our orders. I saw other guy and I asked nicely to clean our tables (it was windex, they should be kidding!!!! ????IT?S COVID TIME). Until finally we ordered, 20 min later my friends got theirorder, mine took 50 min. I had to ask three times nice, they just said ?I?ll check?, I went with the girl who took my order, the other guy, (even if he didn?t took my order was more polite to check on and apologized later) and the girl.After long time she said it will take 3-4 minutes more. I understand they don?t cook, but their job is to take care of customers. We just ordered simple burgers. ???? My friends were totally upset, and I was so embarrassed. They definitelyhated the place and wouldn?t never go back because of the bad service. The vibe there was good except the LOW QUALITY OF CUSTOMER.
