Buffalo Wild Wings Fort Worth

Did not honor our reservation with OpenTable for UFC campaign. Get a conformation email that our reservation has been received at least 24 hours before the time. Get a text from Buffalo Wild at about 40 minutes before our reservation. When we showed up at the restaurant, we waited for an hour. No excuses and service was sub par. Get an email from OpenTable we do not say shown. Immediately!!! We showed it.

At first they called me about 1.5 hours before my reservations to tell me they couldn't honor my reservations. So we hurry and get ready. We were able to get room after about 20 minutes, and only then did they tell us that they would add $10/person to the bill because of the UFC fight if we stayed after 9:00. That was at 7:45. When I asked the server, she said, “You could have stayed home.” Not impressed by this facility to stay and next time I will go home or to Pluckers.

If we have made reservations, we let the facility know that we had to go at a certain time. Our server took beverage orders that took 15 minutes to arrive. We ordered food as soon as drinks have arrived to meet our departure time. Our food lasted at least 40 minutes to arrive and we immediately requested our reviews and hope to meet our deadline. Then, once served our food, we had no cutlery, and even though we had our server twice, after another 15 minutes, we landed to get our own cutlery. We were over 40 minutes to our appointment.

Don't bother with this place unless you want bad service and mediocre food. I should have walked out when the blue haired nerd ignored my table and refused to greet us after 15 minutes. My waitress was nice but her service was lacking. I asked her to re-fire something and she charged me twice for it. I requested a side of fries for my son and never received it. No refills were offered either. This place was such a waste of time and money.

We went in and were told to sit somewhere, so we grabbed our own menus, as there was not someone at the front, and chose a table that was not so close to the customers who shouted profanities at tw. After we had set ourselves on our table, a coworker asked us to move, because this section was closed, although in this section a family sat. first we had nothing against it, but the opposite that was only opened had 1 table next to the crowded table with the screaming man. we decided to go. I said the waitress that I know it's a sporty one, but we didn't want to sit next to this one. they were one of the few options for the late night, so we have chosen them, but if they want to limit us to a terrible option, we prefer to go somewhere. the waitress simply said “okay” and took our menus. as manager and former restaurant manager could have handled this much better. there were only 10 extra steps too table that we chose, and there were others there already.
