Roam West - Fort William

Excellent place for a beer with friends or have dinner! I highly recommend the fish and chips here… homemade and it tasted really good. The hummus was also really good. We stayed one night and we shared a bedroom for 5 people. I rated 4 star as the bedroom was not cleaned properly.

Had a beautiful meal and a couple of drinks at Roam West. Surrounded by stunning countryside, the restaurant and bar is warm and welcoming with an open fire and a huge selection of whiskies. If I had one (very minor) criticism, I would say that the menu is a little on the expensive side, but with the friendliness of the staff and the lovely surroundings, I can't complain too much!

Lovely welcoming pub with a fire on a cold day. 2 Vegan meal options, we had the quinoa burger which was nice and chips which are all cooked separately thankfully but wasnt sure if still cooked in same oil as fish? Hopefully not! Polite and helpful staff.

Super bar with a central 4 sided real fireplace. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were basic but clean and warm once the heater was on. Shower was fine in our room, which was a twin. There is a drying room though it wasn't very effective. There is also a large guest kitchen dining area. Beautiful views and plenty parking. Good place for a group.

Excellent food and welcoming staff. The salmon ordered the first night and it was cooked for perfection. The second time we went, I ordered the Goujons and they were also very nice that they were beautifully spiced. As mentioned, the staff are polite and welcoming and the pub-dog makes the experience so much better!
