Wendy's - Fort Wayne

Hit and miss with this place. I assume, depending on what the management is there. but above all a failed candle softdrinks apartment, eat cold, missing items on sandwichs, bad service, all the staff around talking in groups,

Every time I come to this Wendy’s, I hope to another result, but it is always the same with this place, they either forget articles / elements or they don’t hear when I order and make my articles / points wrong. it can not take that much energy to hear the customer and double check orders / recipient before they handed over to the customers. 8 times from every 10 is always like that. I wish my children did not like so much, bc I would stop definitiw to give them my time / money. I ordered two 4 for 4 meal times both simple burger and that is all I got smh idk what this is, but it is definitiw not 2 meal times

General manager here is incredibly nice! keeps this load extremely clean and makes many hours in. he tries to be best to ensure that the quality of foods that go to customers is best of standards. someone should give these children a definite increase!

The worst! I always try to give them a chance, because I live close, and I like to eat when I can get service, and they get the order right. I stopped yesterday. there was a car in the drive through. after ten minutes, a car moved after me. they finally left. I followed and did the car before me. the teens who work there, drive out an attitude they have to do better. one day they pretended they were waiting for me was a last, when I was gone, I discovered that they did not give me my full order, so I went back.

My client I were at the North Anthony location on July 12th at 2:15p. He put his order in paid. Apparently, your stuff thought that I was just there waiting to take his order to him. I wanted to order, they saw me at the counter, no one came over to ask me. On top of that, our table was dirty, the floor was sticky, yet we were the only people there. You had at least five people staffed, someone could've been cleaning. The staff were loud, laughing, having a good time. I've worked fast food before, what I saw was nonsense.
