Despite there being no other cars in line and no visible customers waiting, we sat for over 5 minutes before an employee finally took our order. We requested the Chef's Special and the American Club, but after waiting for an extended period of time with no sign of the employee returning to take our order, we decided to abandon our plans and drive away.
The bread was incredibly soft and fresh, and all the toppings looked fantastic. This was the best Subway experience I've ever had. The staff was friendly when I checked out.
I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but my experience at this restaurant was less than satisfactory. The employee at the drive-through failed to ask if I wanted to make my order a meal or add a drink. When I inquired about it at the window, she responded with, "You didn't tell me before you ordered." Furthermore, she gave me the incorrect change, did not give me my drink, and my sandwich was prepared incorrectly. Overall, the interaction left me feeling uneasy and unsure if I should say something about it.
The new sandwich lineup looks pretty good, but the price is up with it to shoot.
If I could give zero stars that would be better. Went there last night. Ordered my usual grilled chicken sub. Got home started eating it and noticed a fowl smell and the chicken tasted spoiled. Called them to let them know. Went back to get a different sandwich and the guy let me know that someone grabbed an outdated container of chicken. And put it in the front to serve to customers. Which if it's outdated why is it in the cooler for someone to grab that should have been thrown away. Not going back to this location. Just glad I didn't get sick from the spoiled chicken.
