My wife and I went last night got there about 5:15 seated us right away waitress came right out got us our drinks took our order the place was half full of people and no time at all we had our meal didn't get started eating good and the waitress was out and checked on us again meal was good and waitress checked on us again was a good experience

The staff was very friendly. The food was hot and delicious. Not a long wait. I did notice they had to briefly shut down. Due to staff shortage. They had to turn away about 5-6 customers. Thats unfortunate for S&S and the customer. P. S. They no longer have the hot pepper chili's.

Just come here if you deserve to be punished. would not take my order thru laufwerk thru, had to come in. placed order and the guy responsible for burger and pommes stopped what he did to go to the bathroom with his friends (they waited for him at the kiosks)? at least they went to the bathroom for about 8 minutes (single). then he can return (friends left) to finish my order. all I had was a French medium. I have them and they were freezing and hard.

Experience in the theory I had it ever. order with the app, an hour before. I walked in and was ignored by every employee. had to scream to get someone's attention after trying for 20 minutes. it was said rudely that "use the kiosk". I came 15 minutes after my order was to do and they didn't even begin. simple milkshakes, given me warm with zero taste. tested like a cold water, with disgusting tassen. the customer service is long gone.
