Red Robin Gourmet Burgers And Brews

Been to the Red Robin here on Coldwater 2x now and both times our waitress was Bessie. I can’t say enough good things about her!! So kind, recommended us the best drinks and was very prompt in serving us. So friendly and kind as well, she made both of our visits!!! Someone in management needs to give her a raise we will be back to see her!

RR is always upbeat and clean. It can sometimes be tough to get a seat, but not always. Food it great and the service is personable. One thing that I don't like is the lack of attention given at tables, particularly when it comes to bottomless sides. Seems like the servers are instructed to intentionally wait as long as possible to address it so people are done and not desiring to wait the time it takes for more. .

Our server was amazing, super nice speedy, and got us everything we needed . I don't rember his name though.

Enjoyed my complimentary burger to celebrate my birthday. The service was great and my burger was delicious!
