Qdoba Mexican Eats - Fort Wayne

When we walked in the woman behind the counter glanced at us, no one said anything. When she came over to take our order we had to keep asking her to repeat herself. The shift manager rang us out and even he didn't say more than our total to us. The heatpress wasn't working well, the quesadilla barely had the cheese melted and the shift manager said as long as the cheese ismelted its fine....it's just a sad soggy quesadilla. The rice in my bowl was dry and crunchy and the pinto beans were barelywarm. A lot of money for a very disappointing meal. The kid that came in behind us was never greeted or acknowledged. We willnot be back to this location again.

Spent 20 dollars on a bowl that was barely even filled .. the girl tried to charge me extra for double portion when she barely even filled my bowl up. She act like it was coming out of her pocket. Train your employees correctly cause she skimmed me out awhole bowl that I was charged extra for .

The burrito bowl with Adobo chicken was delicious. Loved that I was able to customize it with plenty of options. The staff were kind. The queso was tasty, though maybe a little thin for my taste.

Wow. Mind blowing the things you?ll encounter. Came in to get dinner, only to find the manager(? who?s name I was told was Devonte literally screaming at his front line workers. And throwing things??? I?ve worked in kitchens before. You can say that?sjust what it?s like to work in a kitchen all you want. But when your kitchen is part of the entire lobby and people can see andhear you. That?s so incredibly unprofessional and nasty. He was screaming at young ladies who quite frankly looks terrified. Onewas getting ready to cry. I truly do not care if someone just walked out. I don?t care that their short staffed. You DO NOT takeissues like that out on your employees who are choosing to stay there. I am completely disgusted with his behavior and havealready moved forward with contacting corporate. No one should feel unsafe and unappreciated in a job that we all know isalready underpaid.

Best delivery we have ever received! Our dasher was super helpful and communicative. This was our first time eating here. We got 2 Create Your Own Mini Bowl and they packed them full, 3-Cheese Queso Chips and it was super tasty and hot when it arrived, and a 2 Taco Kit Kids Meal which was super enjoyable for my little one and a great experience overall. We will definitely be ordering again!! 10/10 recommend!!!
