Proximo - Fort Wayne

It was a good experience and we would return. we have enjoyed our food and service.

We love to come to proximo, it is one of the first places we bring our from the city family and friends. proximo and it is never disappointed, they eat is fantastic and it is always a very pleasant experience.

Próximo is still an outstanding experience. a reservation on open table is very easy. parking can be a challenge. close to the restaurants, however, there are several payment options if they cannot find a street place. the host and waitress were very friendly and professional. they felt like they were appreciated and welcomed. the restaurant is still attractive, in good work order, clean and very attractive furnishings. the Teo staff tables could be a little small. the chairs and seating are very comfortable. my wife had the chicken pesto-deer. the chicken breast was large, most and very tasty. they enjoyed the pesto because it was not strong and exaggerated. the narrow hair paste was perfectly cooked. I'm pouring the lamb. that was cooked to perfection. the meat had a small amount of seasoning and was extremely moist. the meat could easily be cut with a fork and had a solid meat taste. the fresh radishes and carrots priva beautiful fresh crisp crisp crisp texture. the rice was perfectly cooked - not too soft, but no crispy grains. the plucked wobble and paprika provided a beautiful shame. this court was also very large. overall, the diameters are very large. I am not sure how I would have run one of the attractive designers/creative appetizers supposing, or salate. proximo can be a bit expensive, so be prepared if this could be a problem for her.

I've been there many times for brunch. I don't know if they have a new cook or something but the gravy in the breakfast skillet was so salty I couldn't enjoy it. The French toast was still good. But I was really disappointed with the breakfast skillet
