McDonald's Restaurants - Fort Wayne

Eating was hot and fresh. the dining room was clean. the dining room was from ketchup at 10. I stood on the counter for a few minutes and waited for a few packs. Two workers went by without recognizing me.

The store manager who works in the morning most of the time has no business being in Customer Service. She is rude, and short with me every time I interact with her. She also likes to make sure you know she’s “the store manager.” This morning was the last straw. I will drive to a store 10 minutes out of my way to avoid her bad attitude from now on.

It was the middle of a sunny day and I decided to go inside to order and to use the restroom after a long drive from South Bend. I tried to enter the side door but it was locked. I then attempted to open the front doors and they were also locked. I went through drive-thru, and upon paying for my meal I asked why the dining room was closed in the middle of the day? She said she didn't know and didn't seem particularly interested in finding out why. I went to the next window and there were three additional employees, one of which handed me my meal. Upon leaving I noticed the fries were small though I'd been charged for large fries, and they were old and cold. I guess that's the price I had to pay for asking why the dining room was closed. ?

This location had sanitary tables was super clean,fast, and tasty ! If you're craving McDonald's make sure you hit this location.

I came here with barely any money so I was lucky I got to eat for a while. I had a little bag of change and that was it. I ordered my food with one of the servers and another one came to finish it. She read the order back to me and told me I ordered had a large (which I didn 't) and I kept trying to tell her that I ordered a medium and for some reason, she thought I was arguing about something else entirely? She just kept repeating Sir you ordered the meal, not just the burger . And eventually, after a line started forming I just cut my losses because I couldn 't get through to her. So I paid for a large because I could not get through to her that I ordered a medium and missed out on what little money I had in the first place. I 'm glad I got to eat but still, I needed that money. Don 't come here! They 'll charge you for things you didn 't order and try to misdirect you until you give up. If you 're low on cash like me, you 're better off just dealing with the hunger until you can get to a better place that won 't steal your money.
