Mcdonald's - Fort Wayne

I had a rather unpleasant experience at this restaurant. The manager almost faced a serious confrontation with a very unhappy customer—me. I stopped by after class one evening, and the man managing the counter was quite odd and extremely rude. The service was slow, and when my order finally arrived, it felt like he just tossed the food at me. I understand that it's McDonald's and not a fine dining establishment, but honestly, my 3-year-old grandson could have done a better job.

I've noticed that this McDonald's has received some negative reviews regarding its service, but my experience was quite the opposite. I visited the drive-thru and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent service. My order was accurate and prepared quickly. I then went inside to place another order, which was also handled correctly and efficiently. It seems they are making strides to enhance their service quality.
