Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

The ice cream and burgers are really good. But... With so many younger teens working, I'm seeing that it is difficult for management to make sure every one of them focuses on learning etiquette between them and customers, presentation of product, and representing a brand. They aren't terrible, they're just teenagers. There's a clear difference between hiring extra hands and bringing on the next generation of the workforce to shape and prepare for adulthood.

Got a free ice cream cone last time I sat in the lobby, must've been a canceled order. I've been coming here since I was a kid, and it's the only braums I've ever really gone to. Great service

Love the place best ice cream and frozen yogurt and I always get the chicken strip dinner can't go wrong with it I recommend it

Fast service, order was correct, and shakes were awesome

The establishment is a bit outdated inside. That 's my only complaint. That should speak volumes. Always good food, good location, fast and friendly service at this location. Food is usually piping hot, tastes great, and you get what you order (especially good for those who request special features to their order, e.g. plain, no pickles, ketchup only...etc,. . However, if you do encounter an issue, the staff is more than willing to rectify the situation. The market (small grocery store inside is also adequately stocked, retains decent pricing (per today 's standards...ugh I KNOW , and has a decent selection. All in all, generally a good choice for quick meals. Also, a MUST try for those traveling from outside of the Arkansas, Oklahoma, Kansas, Texas, and Missouri area. Stop by and give it a go.
