Pho 1 Vietnamese - Fort Shafter

Pho 1 says it in the name. Number 1 on these Islands. Pho 75 in Falls Church, Virginia is still the best, but this place has the mojo. When the original cash only owner left, his daughter’s reign was just as if not more superb if not the best Pho 1 will ever be, this place crashed over a cliff. The current owners resurrected the shambles and is pumping boss level food and service.

Pho One, nestled near Ala Moana, stands out for its remarkable convenience. The restaurant boasts an impressive blend of exceptional Pho quality and top-notch service, all within a welcoming and comfortable ambiance. I'm eagerly anticipating my return visit; the overall experience at Pho One is simply outstanding!

Went with family for the vegetarian options. I'm a big meat eater, and their veg plates were fantastic. Had 4 veg dishes, spring rolls, a veg soup, and a clay pot. Service was great and atmosphere is clean and generic.

I ordered the rare beef pho. The soup was rich and very delicious. I will definitely go eat there again.

Visited a number of times...Summer rolls are great...Pho is good but thete appears to be a change in the food ingredients and serving sizes...not as good as it was previously...but still good...was very good beforr...now just good...
