Hiking Hawaii Cafe - Fort Shafter

Delicious and good variety of foods for great prices. I got the açaí bowl every time we went because the portion was massive and the fruit so fresh. The staff are incredibly friendly and laid back—it was fun to hear them laughing behind the counter and it also livened up the space. Staff were also super knowledgeable about the area and happy to provide sight-seeing tips.

Very chill place with good food and coffee, located at the Doubletree. The people here are super nice and the music playlist is ??had the breakfast panini with [Portuguese] sausage, the coco mocha, and the summit bowl. All were super good!

Great açaí bowl! I have had açaí from 3 or 4 places in the Waikiki area. This is so far the best. And remember, “patience is a virtue.”

I love hikers cafe- it’s a bit hidden but so good. Everytime I am in town I have to stop to get the cookie latte! Staff is very friendly. My foster dog cocoa and I enjoyed a coffee stop on our walk the other day.

The cafe wasn’t busy at all, and we ordered some typical food and a few smoothies. The smoothies took over one hour and a few follow up to arrive. The pizzas haven’t arrived after an hour yet. The water ran out and they didn’t bother to refill.Overall, a terrible experience. I would have asked for a refund but they reassured me that the food is almost done. But I’m still waiting… Don’t waste your vacation time on this cafe. Extremely slow service.
