Ginza Bairin Tonkatsu Yoshoku Bistro

It is overpriced. The $30 pork is a bit dry and quite ordinary. The more premium one which is $40 is better but should be lower in price. And there is very little to go with it for the set menu.

Seems high quality Tonkatsu; so 4 just because I am not a Tonkatsu fan.

Poor service, bad attitude. Will not be going back. Don’t let this place ruin your vacation.

Don't underestimate a tonkatsu. It is a simple food, but they really do know their craft. Everything is made by order and their food pairing for dish sets is on point. This is one of the few restaurants I hate giving a good review to because it might attract more customers and I won't be able to get a table to eat because of over-reservations but credits given where credit is due.
