Santa Fe Cattle Co - Fort Payne

The wait was horrible, seated with no server, dirty tables around us! My first take is this place may have been a newer location as some staff looked a bit overwhelmed. We took it with a grain of salt given the holidays, but the redemption came when a manager was notified he had come from another location to cover while the original manager was out.. not knowing any staff. He made it all work) Once he found out we had sat without service, he personally handled our table and a couple behind us. You could tell his experience, his composure and hospitality were on point! He was efficient on getting our tables up to speed and handed our tables off to individual waitresses that were able to pick up the pace. Our visit finished off with well prepared food that was delicious! Santa Fe Cattle Company are pretty lucky to have him.. unfortunately, we didn't catch his name.

Good place all around, I miss the peanuts on the floor in these places lol

The bartender was amazing! The food and service were spectacular! Definitely recommend the burgers!

Great food, good service, and nice environment. The bathroom wasn't great, but it served it's purpose.

The shrimp po boy did not disappoint like my friends said. It was delish; way too much for me to finish. Took half of it home, even better the next day. Our waitress April was super pleasant and kept checking on us. The map on the wall was cool, it had the license plate of each state made into the US map.
