Steak N Shake - Fort Oglethorpe

Most employees are nice. I usually have no problems here. But it wasn't great lately. Last time, my chicken was cold and like rubber. (But they should fall the chicken if your order it should be hot fresh) the ladies in the window look crazy and do not have good customer service skills. Maybe they only have a bad day, but all this combined way just ruin it!?

I ordered online and when I picked up my order, the store was very busy. I had been waiting for a long time, but my order was exactly and hot when I got it. Steak 'n Shake is an excellent restaurant with high quality food.

The dining area was finally opened. Eating was good, but the fun experience is gone. Order your food at the counter and pick it up: Steak and Shake were basically converted into a fast food restaurant

I have always had a great experience ordering from this restaurant. The food is consistently fantastic and the sandwiches are always made perfectly with no missing items.

The milkshakes were fantastic and the Doordash delivery driver was very polite. Thank you Steak and Shake, I will definitely be ordering from you again in the future!
