The Krab Hut - Fort Myers

They included a 15% gratuity 13.00 on my bill. I noticed AFTER I gave the waitress a 20.00 cash tip which brought my tip to 44%. When I asked the the manager yo remove from my card she said she couldn’t because it was a “service tip for restaurant” said this is customary for Chinese. I’ve had tons of Chinese in my life, haven’t seen this before.I will say… food was great, waitress was good but feel it was her responsibility to tell us about the service charge Regardless of the notice posted beside the door we didn’t use to come in. manager told us about the little sign .Won’t go back, don’t like to be cheated . For that reason I give them 1 star.

I have visited the place many times since they opened. I'm a good Ole country boy that loves his head on shrimp spicy and full of garlic!!! I order the same thing every time. 2 for 1 happy hour draft beers and a side of hush-puppies with tartar sauce...TO GO! THANK YOU GUYS FOR GIVING ME A SENSE OF GREAT FOOD AND VALUABLE MEMORIES FROM HOME!!! Kindness, love and food are keys to life. And you have done a great job!!! Thank you

1st time ..got coupon in value pack. 50.00 meal deal...hate it when you go to restaurant because looked like deal. But they offer it all the time. Waitress was super nice.Try it out. Menu has something u will likeKid-friendliness: Good waitress

Unfortunately the crawfish was old and meat mushy. Potatoes and corn good. Glad I didn't get larger portion.

Very nice place , the staff was very nice and the food was good . Would recommend this place to everybody
