Moe's Southwest Grill - Fort Myers

Great eating at a great price, the staff seems to change a lot here, but eating is quite reliable.

That was my first time at this location moes. When I came in, there was a great energy and everyone was very friendly. the food was made very fast and was tasty! Anyone who finished the closure today should stand up.

I came there at night 29 november at 5:30 and very fast service very good food. the workers are very friendly and positiw. when I stood in the line, I heard a feeling in the direction of the front of the line and it was a rude customer complained about the moe Monday 7.99 deal. kiara and jasmin treated very well and explained to her how the tax is involved and it does not only stay at 7.99 the dame then went out of the bag and held a poster from the wall while all stood there. I would say that they treated themselves very well and explain everything answered every question and even offered names along with manager and company. very enjoyed my visit and will come back with good employees service skills. even after they were all annoyed with the situation, I had to laugh with them about the price overall big job all who worked in this night.

It's a build your burrito place, so you should know what to expect and those expectations were met.

I truly wish I could rate this location higher, but I unfortunately can't. The food is great. The staff always seem pretty upbeat and quick to help you with whatever you need. But I feel like the place is always very messy. I think they need someone to watch the lounge more often and wipe down the tables, countertops, around the toppings/sauce bar, etc. The last few times the trash is always overflowing, utensils not really stocked. I get a bit overwhelmed just thinking about it, XD. Honestly just having someone clean the lounge area more and this place is easily a 4 star Moe's right away, close to a 5.
