Magic Wok - Fort Myers

I'll never eat here again! Bad service. The lady is rude. I asked for no spice chicken flour and it was so spicy. I took my food back and asked them to remake it without spices. She laughed in my face and wouldn't do what I ordered. I have a refund and I'm gone and I'll never go back.

Can be the worst Chinese food I've ever eaten. Had shrimps with lobster sauce, sommen soup and dumplings. Each article had a strange to the taste as if it were spoiled.

Expect! Finally good Chinese take-out found? Steamed dumplings fantastic, fresh, damp Delish~Egg rolls crispy not soggy~Pork roasted rice fresh with authentic taste ~ General portions~ For those who tested foods was microwave you can see CLEARLY cook in their kitchen they order the food NOT MICROWAVED~ Also the person who your claim is RUDE can't understand your language ~ place was muded, line from the door the only rudeness I encountered was between the customers ~ My FAV found Chinese take-out~I will definitely order again from Magic Wok?

Think Twice Before Ordering from Magic Wok Had a Grubhub delivery from there tonight. Chicken lo Mein Dinner Special Teriyaki Chicken on Skewers. GrubHub driver was awesome delivered my food while it was still hot. Sadly, I cannot say the same about Magic Wok's food. The Chicken Fried Rice I paid an Extra $2.50 for had more hard as a rock Uncooked Rice than Cooked Rice. Teriyaki Chicken was not fresh very tough and stringy. Chicken Lo Mein was just so so, but it was the only thing edible and the Uncooked RIce it was served on top of ruined it! $36.00 wasted on the Worst meal I have ever received. NEVER AGAIN

We've ordered take-out from this place a couple of times. The first time, there was a plastic wrapper INSIDE my eggroll. The food wasn't too bad, so I decided to give them a 2nd chance. Today, there was a piece of plastic string inside another eggroll. What are they doing there? Never ordering from them again. Their boneless spare ribs are all fat. Sweet sour chicken is always overcooked. The only thing decent there is the rice... and that should be a given for any Chinese restaurant.
