Amazing ice cream and chocolates. Place is sticky sweet smelling and a little pricey but I indulge for the nostalgia

The ice cream was melted. 3 out of 4 we ordered. We even had to return one, and they gave us another one, which they did without any inconvenient. We love coming to Kilwins when we come to Naples or Ft. Myers, but this time it did not meet ourexpectations. We'll give it another try anyway.

This place is a little peace of heaven on a warm sunny day!! They have an assortment of chocolates that look delicious. I had an ice cream cup with two scoops of pistachio. It had a very good flavor! Would highly recommend this place.

Delicious ice cream experience! Excellent customer service! Clean shop! Can sample flavors before deciding. Loved the chocolate salted Carmel ice cream.

Service was great, especially for a large family trying to share our shovels and not spending much money. Nice seating outside.
