Bidrage med feedbackMy son and I went here for breakfast yesterday. Our server (Abigail) was very pleasant and greeted us promptly to take our drink order. After placing our food order, she checked on us several times, while we waited for the food to come out. The food was very good and the presentation was nice as well. During the course of the meal, my son had to use the restroom. I took my purse with me, as I didn’t want to leave it just laying on the table. Upon our return, we found that they had cleared our table and thrown away our half eaten food. The server showed up as soon as we realized this, and was very apologetic. She offered to remake our meals, but we didn’t have the time, as we were on our way to a birthday party. I told her not to worry about it and gave her my card to pay for the meal. Instead of bringing me a receipt, she brought over the manager instead. He too was very apologetic and said he would have liked to make it right, but since we didn’t have the time for a remake, he would make adjustments to the bill. I thought he would have taken a percentage off, since we did eat some of it, but to my surprise, he came back with a bill that was $0.00. Although it wasn’t expected, I was very appreciative and I will definitely be back. I like to feel appreciated wherever I spend my money as a customer, and they certainly went above what I was expecting with the level of service.
If I could leave this place a zero star review I would, I’ve never had bad worst customer service, my uncle got a table and my husband were 5 minutes away and because we weren’t there on time, they gave our table away, I HAVE NEVER heard such thing for a restaurant that is insane! The red head manager upfront was rude and probably racist, if you don’t know how to run a restaurant then don’t open it. What kind of stupid question “is everybody here” so you don’t hold a table? We are paying your check lady of me and my family wanted to have brunch and eat and talk for an hour or so then let it be it! Never coming back to place again! And being in management and owning my own restaurant it’s unacceptable, and it’s unacceptable to keep talking about us with your crew and they keep looking back at us! So rude!
Brunch with the family was exceptional, from the food to the service. John, the General Manager, greeted everyone with enthusiasm and a great sense of welcome Just the interface with him is enough to make you want to come back. Shaina was our server. She had everything buttoned down and added to our enjoyment of being there. The food was excellent, and more important than anything, the overall experience was exceptional. This Keke's Breakfast Cafe is on my list next time I return to Ft. Meyers. And better still, my positive experience with this one Keke's restaurant will now make me seek out other Keke's franchises when I want to be treated and fed like a king. Great job, John and Shaina. I am happy to give you the best review I have to offer.
I have never had a bad experience at any of the Keke's restaurants. Always great service and food. Thanks for being consistent with that. Yaay.
Pina colada stuffed French toast was fantastic. Really awesome eggs Benedict, also.
