Cafe Brazil Fort Myers

This is one of my absolute favorite restaurants in the area! From the outside it could be easy to pass by but I promise it is worth looking for and the food is always delicious, the staff is always so kind and attentive and it is an overall great experience every time I have gone! I Our server this last time was amazing and I can only hope to have her as our server again in the future (I believe her name was Katie? ! Their Picanha is my absolute favorite and it is always cooked perfectly ? my daughter loves their fresh juices and their desserts ? 5/5 stars

Unbelievable... We were just there, we ordered a table for 7... they were as amazing and beautiful as always they are!!!! If you are looking for a great energy, good drinks and amazing food please do not let the opportunity to visit this place go away...big prices for a great lunch or dinner...thanks to Brazil restaurant for all!!!

Amazing surroundings with great food and service! All the time we spent there, we had a great time.

The owner of this restaurant is not friendly or welcoming. After telling the nice waitress that the steak was overcooked by my girlfriend and not tasted well, the owner returned to our table with her original steak. He took a stance as if she should take the steak back and be happy. I expressed that this would not happen, followed by an evil star, he returned to the kitchen and gave us an oversalted rare steak. He then tried to sneak a fee for an additional steak on our bill after taking the original back! My steak was cut in a wedge shape like a piece of cake. The wide part of the slice was the whole fat, accompanied by a very narrow piece of meat. Picanha should not be cut, unless it is an attempt to tear your customers off. I ask that the owner of this restaurant rename to Cafe Favela. This name is a better representation of the quality of Brazilian foods that it cooks. There is another Brazilian restaurant in Estero if you want an authentic, delicious experience.

Second time here. Would not recommend. This one star is based on the treatment we received at this restaurant. I ordered a medium steak. It came out medium well, barely pink. We notified the waitress. They took the steak to the back, all was well. Until. The cook came out to our table with the steak they had taken from me. He began questioning us about the steak while holding the steak in front of us. We again told him we ordered medium. He said it WAS medium and was angry that we disagreed. He took it back to the kitchen. And a medium rare steak was brought out. We were then charged for an additional steak, even though they took a steak from me to the kitchen. They removed the additional steak from our bill. This was probably one of the worst experiences I've had at a restaurant. The first visit was great and after this, we will no longer be recommending it to anyone. To add, at our first visit a few weeks ago I also ordered a medium steak and it was cooked perfectly. The way this restaurant owner replies to anything negative is just proof of how they are. The one star is reference to how we were treated. Of course the rude person that had the issue at the restaurant responds to this.
