Burger King - Fort Myers

Walked in at 9 pm. All the floors are wet since they just mopped. Lobby closed at 10. Young people working were rude. One girl asked if we were going to get refills on our iced tea. I said we arent sure, why? She said because I will have to clean it. WTF who asks that? The manager seemed ok. Not coming back after watching the so called employees good off hitting each other throwing fries around.

Please replace this with a Taco Bell. Never in my life have I been denied my service dog because I didn’t have my card in hand, I have a picture of it on my phone and I was denied by the manager. I didn’t know he was the manager, I see him in the drive thru most of the time and he nags on and on about sauces costing extra. We always would give it a chance because we live so close, but now we will just go to a different Burger King for better service and more respect. I have this establishment 2 stars only because the employees have always been respectful, it’s the manager that’s got issues. My family is horrified and we’re never coming back.

I used to say it was a lot better. I usually go through drive thru and I would say the last 10 times they have messed my order up 4 times. .how hard is it to not put cheese on a dam burger.listen to the person when they order.I've been going here for about 8 tears .mgmt has completely changed and it might be time for me to go across the street to McDonald's .maybe they could get the order right

Just went through the drive through and ordered a burger with cheese and bacon. Also tried the chicken cordon bleu. I was told that it would be 11 minutes before the chicken sandwich would be ready. No problem. My entire order was delivered in 6 minutes sorry, I'm one of those guys that watches the numbers). I mentioned to the cashier that it had not been nearly 11 minutes. Got home and I really enjoyed the burger but my lady friend's chicken sandwich was raw in the middle. I had already finished my burger so I had to go back to the drive through at McDonalds to get her a sandwich.

I do not think I have ever left a review for a fast food place, but I feel compelled to do this in this case. left this bk after having pierced the drive with nabeby. I love bk, but sometimes you don't get it exactly as you want. that was the best thing I have for years! they really deliver on delicious high qualitysburgs with the beats that the art they desire. three times salat? no problem! perfect. enough to come in to tell them!
