Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Fort Mill

Today, I purchased a detox island smoothie and experienced an unexpected issue. As I started to drink my smoothie, I found blonde hair in my mouth, which was completely unacceptable and disgusting. I tried calling the restaurant to inform them of the situation, but nobody answered the phone. I am extremely disappointed with this experience and would not recommend this place to anyone. Ignoring calls and not addressing customer concerns is not acceptable, especially when there are multiple employees present. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

I went to pick up my order but the restaurant was closed early. Another woman came and was let in to pick up her order, while I was ignored when I knocked on the door. The workers laughed and ignored me, only helping me after the other woman had left. When I asked why I was treated differently, I received no answer. It seems that the workers are racist. Unfortunately, this is the reality we live in. I do not recommend this restaurant for African Americans seeking good service.

I have accidentally ordered one. I'm just on vacation in tennessee. I called the caffe 5 times to cancel the order and the phone ringed and they never picked it up. please answer the phones next time.
