Starbucks - Fort Mill

Great little place. Has the best hot chocolate. And great customer service.

When I came to this location, I was happily surprised with the quaint style of the store. While a small looking store on the outside, the inside is very spacious and homey at the same time. While seating is not available inside, it was easily labeled where to stand when ordering and while waiting. I was greeted by a partner named Alexander who was extremely cheery and we struck up conversation while I ordered. I was thoroughly impressed by this reserve store, as they have many options that most Starbucks locations do not have. Unfortunately I am traveling, so I may never see this location again, but if I ever find myself in Baxter Village again, I will be sure to stop by!

We all love richard. the other employees are great, but the man, the waiting time has become untenable. sometimes they post someone in the drive through for order placement, but it is not a regular event. I've been so often moved to the parking lot in the last few months, just because of the waiting time. as soon as they are in this line, it's over for them, unless they can get off before the order board. it's not just this place. Something happened to dieucks. inconsistent quality in the whole board and ask general cleanliness. but if I'm here at 5:30, it's okay. choose them wisely.

We went through the drive thru to get two coffees. We waited in line for 10 mins before we noticed other people were mobile ordering and getting there coffees faster. So we got out of line and did just that. Of course we didn't have the same luck because it was 15 mins later when we got our mobile order. The workers were nice but they were taking their sweet time. Not in a hurry at all. This was Sunday afternoon

Swung in for a late night drive through coffee order. Staff was prompt, friendly, and adjusted the sweetener level to my preference. Thank you guys!
