Rita's Italian Ice Frozen Custard

This is one of my favorite places to go for a sweet treat. The thought of having two homemade flavors... side by side, one stacked on top of the other. Then, top it off with smooth, creamy custard. How can you possibly go wrong?

Update: after receiving an apology response, I am changing this review to a 4 star. We have never had poor customer service here before and I love that they offer a veteran discount. Thank you for reaching out.Kind of disappointed in our visit tonight 8/4/22. My husband went in with his brother, my niece and my 2 youngest kids. My oldest daughter and I sat in the car because it was raining and we only had 2 umbrellas. When everyone returned to the car one of our orders was missing. My husband went back inside to get the missing order. I could see him talking to the lady behind the counter and she was arguing with him. He said she didn’t believe him and acted like we were not being honest. He came back out to the car to verify what was ordered and then had to go back in to get the final order.We have been to this location several times and almost always bring out of town guests with us. Tonight was a bigger order with 7 total things so I can understand how that could be overwhelming but it was just my family ordering. I’m not so much upset about the mistake in the order but the way my husband was treated. I understand making a mistake but when you act like the customer did something wrong that is very poor customer service. I really hope this attitude changes or we will not want to return.

Delish and refreshing! My favs are lemon and guava passion fruit! And the owners are great ppl!

I have been missing Rita’s (for some reason this one just started pulling up on my gps) we went yesterday and the owner is SO nice, his staff are extremely polite and the flavors are great. Will be going back often!
