Tropical Smoothie Cafe

There were several mistakes when Tropical Smoothie delivered our order. When we called the Fort Lauderdale location and spoke with a person named Shauna who was a manager, she was not apologetic in any way for the mistakes they made. Honestly, it was like she didn 't care. We even told her we were going to leave a bad review and she was more than fine with that. Go right ahead were her exact words. The food is good but with that attitude, we will not order from this location again.

Do not go to this store. The store manager is highly unprofessional and and actually fired a staff member by text. The girl was only thier just 4 weeks with being sent home a few days and had no dedicated trainer. Also she has not even gotten paid. Also if the stor manager would had sat down with the staff member she would found out that her mom is in the hospital with covid. This lady is supposed to be a nurse also but were is her copassion? I f I was the owner I would find another person to run the store. Just to let you know I will call the labor board about the missing paychecks if the staff member is not paid with both checks by monday. Next dont fire someone by text and properly train them with a dedicated trainer not by someone who is hardly there.

This was my first time coming to this tropical smoothie. I had the norma but for some reason this didn?t taste the same. I went to return The drink the manager was so rude and very unprofessional In front of my kids/family. Shawna refused to refund me for my drink. She made me repay for my drink. After she throw out my first drink. I was definitely not pleased with this service.

Im a huge fan of tropical smoothie cafe. But this location needs to be looked at. Im here now and ordered a health nut smoothie and a turkey bacon sandwich. The lady told me with a reallY bad attitude that they cant make sandwiches right now. Clearly they can. They are making them as i speak. I think they probably received a large to go order and thats what they are working on, but in order to provide good customer service you make it happen. Pause the to go and focus on customers in store. Tropical smoothie your employees need to be trained properly on customer service, and also not to miss out on sales. The main reason im writing this was bc of the attitude. Thank you.

Great smoothies, great costumer service. The employees are so sweet, I come in here everyday and feel like I?m greeted by family??
