Sweet Nectar - Fort Lauderdale

We ate there last Saturday night with another couple. We ordered a bunch of plates but they forgot 3 of them and by the time the waiter came around we were over it .

Love this place. It has a tapas menu and a regular menu. The corn on the cob is to die for.

When we arrived, they told us that they didn't have a reservation in our name. I showed them my email from Opentable, but they mumbled something about their systems being down, and not being able to notify Opentable because it was New Years Eve. We didn't get a table, and had to instead sit at a high-top. Food and service were otherwise good, but unremarkable

Food and drinks were superb. Given that I had a reservation, I would 've hoped for better seating than an afterthought table on the edge of the property and wedged between dog owners. Aside from that, noms central and the best **** Mary I 've ever drank.

Wonderful food and enjoyed friendly service! Love the Cauliflower dish.
