Steak 'n Shake - Fort Lauderdale

Food was good and cheap, but service was bad. They screwed up my order and wanted to ask me more money for them to fix it. Was a trouble and annoying

Staff here are useless. Place is disgusting. Girls on their phone with EarPods. No shakes? Place is Steak Shake.

Service was good, but that was the most salty burger I ever had? I had Steak and Shake before and it wasn't like that. I couldn't finish my burger.

3.5 stars. The hotel is so busy at the airport. Everything else in the food court closes around 6, but they close around 7, so there was a long line. There are so many flights until 11 o'clock it would be nice if all restaurants were open until 10-11 o'clock. Maybe close early for the pandemic? The line was long, but the staff were very friendly! And this was the end of her shift so kudos for her. The quality was at Steak?n Shake standards and although it is in the airport, prices were just a little more than at a regular location, no crazy airport price gouging. Definitely, my reflection made a little better.

Cheapest and most generous airport food you'll find. Great burgers and fries, and proper milkshakes. Very happy with our experience.
