Bidrage med feedbackThe ceviche of the day was amazing but our entrees were not well seasoned and average at best. Great ambiance on the river but likely would not come back except for happy hour.
This restaurant claims it has the Best Seafood which couldn't be further from the truth. Stone crab season started and we were told they won't get them until business picks up. We ordered the cornbread and salad to begin with and the Crab Donuts which were quite interesting...a teaspoon of blue crab in a honey dip munchkin (very unusual). We both ordered the special of the evening which was the grouper entrée over sweet creamed corn. It took nearly 45 minutes for us to be served and it was only warm, not hot. The restaurant was definitely not busy and we couldn't understand why it took so long. We started on the entrée and both of us had a hard time cutting the Grouper and the more we cut into it, we saw that it was raw in the center. Our server, Ray, was quite accommodating and we were credited one of the entrées. The final review: DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY OR YOUR TIME. This is truly a tourist trap!!!!
We made a reservation which indicated only a few left. Whe we arrived it was almost deserted. We were shown to a table. Our server was adequate but seemed bored and disinterested. Food was fine but spendy. Wouldn't go back as there are so many choices.
The atmosphere was great, but the service was terrible. We only saw the waiter 3-4 times the entire evening and he required multiple order reminders. Food was OK. A little disappointing compared to the photos on the website.
McKenzie was our server she was amazing. The manager was so nice, walking around making sure we were good. Really felt at home and service is top notch. The Brussel Sprout is a must side dish. Our new favorite restaurant.
