Outback Steakhouse - Fort Lauderdale

The steaks are always great; however the lobster tails were surprisingly very tasty!!! TIP...Call ahead for seating and you will be seated promptly!!!

I love this place. Doesn't matter which location I love them all. Must start with Cheese Fries and Bloomin' Onion, Yes that is both; it is too hard to choose. Then, on to the filet or prime rib. I prefer rare as long as it is not cold in the center. Great desserts (if you still have room).

Went here on a very busy Saturday night. I expected to have a long wait. Turned out the wait wasn’t that long, the service was quick and the meal was even better.

Arrived about 5 minutes after they opened (4:05 pm). We were seated right away but the waitress took close to 10 minutes before taking our order and we were ready to order right away. However, many tables were already full although her station wasn't as busy as the other servers’. Ordered prime ribs and Caesar salad. The food came out promptly. We got bread too. The Caesar salad was kind of peppery and had a little kick to it. The prime rib and mashed potatoes came and was cooked fine but the prime rib was tough. I’m used to prime rib melting in your mouth but it was more like a piece of steak (tough). I did order it medium but I order prime rib everywhere and it’s never tough. I also got a side of their white horseradish sauce which was very tasty. It had been a while since I ate at Outback last but I did notice that their portions were much smaller than I remember. After the initial wait by our waitress, the service was quite good. Always had a full glass of diet coke and when I was ready to ask for a refill, it was already on its way. I’m sure we will return but I won't be ordering prime rib.

The order was incomplete with many errors and they only gave us one bread out of the three meals. Considering the price, I was very disappointed and did not expect this level of service.
