Mastro's Ocean Club Fort Lauderdale

The filets were very disappointing, average at best and priced at the highest end. The food quality is nowhere near what it was before Maestros began expanding nationwide.

The food was absolutely atrocious and the service was absolutely atrocious. It was the worst ever!!! Even cheese cake factory provide better food. It was the worst birthday dinner for a party of 5. Next time I stick to Trulucks or Capital Grille and or ocean prime! Mastro Ocean club, you need to do better!!!!

My boyfriend, his mother, and I went to this restaurant to celebrate his birthday together, and the food was excellent. Our server, Manuel, was fantastic. He provided great recommendations and made our dining experience effortless and stress-free. My boyfriend ordered twin lobster tails, which were not only enormous but also delicious. I opted for the Seabass, which was cooked to perfection. We also shared a side of lobster mash, which was the best I have ever had. It had huge chunks of lobster, the largest portion of lobster mash we have ever seen at any restaurant, and I have been to many upscale restaurants. Overall, Manuel ensured that we had an enjoyable experience.

Nicola was our server she was very kind and prompt we also appreciated our talk with Assistant Manager Marty again we were there for the second day celebrating our 17th wedding anniversary with more family. Food was great we decided to sit outside this visit and loved the view and breeze off the water. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Fort Lauderdale.

Our experience was awesome. Our server and staff was great. We felt bad because just as we were sat a party of 12 entitled 20 something's came in and were sat at the same time. Our server did everything he could do to accommodate all tables he was dealing with but the 20 something, no matter what, would never be satisfied and complained about everything. The entire staff and management did everything they could do to keep them happy while our server made sure we were too. If a party of 12 goes out to dinner, not matter where you go it's a three hour dinner. Relax people and let the staff do what they can. Great job to the staff for trying.
