Bidrage med feedbackI bought my bagels from the Grab, Pay, Go kiosk because I thought it would be quick but I was wrong. My experience there was horrible since they had a broken toaster in which you had to press your hand down until the bagel was done. It's ridiculous because they don't have a proper toaster at a place where they sell bagels.
I know that attitude is not always a real representation of a company, and half the time I should not expect an excellent service, but I mean, a little charisma goes a long way. My Asiago Bagel didn't have much of Asiago in him When I asked what kind of milk they had, did the cashier return?cold? They either had no vanilla taste for my ice cream coffee or they just don't wear it, Idk, she just said ?no! Options are mocha, pumpkins, caramel and hazelnut? Moreover, the machine forces you to tap. I'm sorry, but I just couldn't, so I had to find out that I had to be accused without being tipped. I went to ?Other? hit enter (green button) to 0.00 and it worked. My hard earned money is gifted when money is hard earned.
I've ever bought the worst coffee and bagel. I have the avocado toast? Bagel that came with unripe avocado and was not even roasted. You put my coffee order with expired sweet cream. Had a sip and had to throw him out immediately. A tip was paid. Don't waste your money in this place.
I went home this last Saturday 8/27 and I will say that was the bad service I have received for years!! The line was long, but we were early for our flight. ALL I saw a setting here. The girl that took my Bagel order was more concerned to keep her conversation with another employee. No smile, no thanks, nothing. You give you the food and you should automatically know that you have to go to the register. The older lady in the register was obnoxily rude! My son asked her a question about whether his apple wage went through, and she muted under her breath and mask said something smart! Then she said with an evil attitude, why would I charge you twice, that doesn't make any sense?? There is absolutely nothing wrong with questions and double check if your payment went through or not so that you are not calculated twice. The normal answer would have been, no, it didn't go through, try it again. I kept my tongue from getting angry and answered her, In so confused, why you have an evil attitude and went away. TERRIBLE ATTITUDE! Not sure if there was a manager there, there were two employees at a pick-up station (one man and one girl) and they had better settings of what I observed while waiting on the line. Management really needs to look at this place without the employees knowing to get the real experience. People go there because they are desperate for fast breakfast before or after their flight. Between slow lines and terrible settings, I take a bagel on my way to the airport! 0 stars if I could.
The Manager was walking around angrily and was slamming doors. The employees were very nice and friendly. I feel bad they're stuck with such an ahole boss. After 5am the manager was telling people, we open in 10 minutes
