Bon Gusto - Fort Lauderdale

I made a reservation through open table and when we arrived at the restaurant there was a sign on the door saying it was closed June 24th _____. No reopen date. Not a good sign for this restaurant. I wish there was some way open table was notified when a restaurant was closed, i.e. for vacation, remodeling, permanently. It was very aggravating going to a restaurant and then when arriving it was closed.

It went out of business and never registered Open Table.

We wanted to try Bon Gusto for some time and were very happy that we did. Upon entering we were greeted by the owner Thiago very graciously. We were led into a very stylish dining room with amazing crystal chandeliers to a romantic stand and could not wait to order. We shared a very nice bottle of Pinot Noir, which was needed after a long week of work. The appetizers and entrees came in good timing, perfectly presented and simply amazing. The service was excellent from the minute we left when we left. We were very impressed by this institution and will return very soon with friends. Thank you. Thiago and staff for a wonderful night!
