Ordered online at 5:15 order will be ready by 5:28 get there they decided to close 3 hours early , never gave me a refund just took my name and number told me they couldn’t do anything and the manager will call

Very rude people. Waited 20 minutes for fresh pretzels then they gave them out to someone else. Just so rude to us don’t go here in the mall.

Omg! I ordered the pepperoni pretzel, I'm in heaven! Personally, it taste better than a slice a pizza. I will be back again soon. Instead of me buying a whole pizza, I will purchase pizza pretzel instead. I save money and calories lol

When your able to get food it's good, the last 4 or 5 times I've came at different times regardless of if it's early or late they have no pretzels. the workers always look lost and are not helpful at all!

I ordered on June 21st through the mobile app and apparently the ovens were down so I couldn't get my food. The manager called me and said that doordash would have to refund me but it wasn't a doordash order and I still haven't gotten my $25 back for the food I never got. I told her it wasn't a doordash order so there was nobody to give me my money but she said there was nothing she could do. Tried customer service but it's been a week and still, nothing has happened.
