Bidrage med feedbackWe were there for mother's day. We were waiting for 15 minutes and nobody came to get our drinks or even say hello. They were not even busy we got there at 3:30. there were some people that got there at the same time as us and they got their food and drinks before we were even helped. There were 7 of us we were obviously going to leave a good tip our family has worked as servers before, really disappointing we were hoping to have a good experience. If the restaurant does not want to help it's customers maybe it should be open!!Would not recommend it at all you're better off going to El Lomitas the other Mexican restaurant. Thanks for nothing.

I will admit that our party was rather large and we did not have a reservation. However, we waited two and a half hours for our food in a restaurant that wasn't even half full. We watched other similar parties arrive, be seated, eat, and leave all while we were waiting for our food. It took 45 minutes just to get our drinks to the table. After about 2 hours, we asked for it to be boxed up to go as many of us had work early in the morning. The kitchen staff came out after our request to ask us to stay and eat because it would be another 20 minutes to box up our food. We politely refused and the photo shows what they boxed up for us. This is not leftovers. The tiny spoonful of rice is literally all we were given. They are all like that. Never again.
Restaurant attached a Best Western Hotel. Cash credit cards accepted. Extremely friendly staff. Quick service. Extensive menu options. Some 'American ' dishes offered. Margaritas beer served. English Spanish spoken. If you 're looking for really authentic Mexican food this isn 't your best bet. Food is passable but barely. However the staff was fantastic (hence the 3-star instead of 2-star rating). Smiling personable.Chillaquiles were dry (enchilada/ranchero sauce absorbed into the chips) and not very flavorful beyond salty. Rice and beans seem like they come from cans. The cheese on the small side of lettuce tomatoes was melted so too long under a heat lamp or perhaps a microwave.Small portion chimicanga was indeed smaller than the regular menu size but again, not a memorable experience. Sopitos looked less like thick tortillas and more like 2 regular corn tortillas stacked. Reports are that the al pastor burrito was a very tasty option, though, so it may just depend on what you order.Ambiance is dark and heavy (lots of dark wood) but not unpleasant at all. As a whole the food tasted canned rather than fresh, but the staff made it bearable with their pleasantness! Parking: Lots of parking. Kid-friendliness: Kid family-friendly. Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.
Normally this is a good restaurant that has good food. But on 4/9/2024 I took my MIL to supper for her birthday and our waitress was horrible. We ordered our drinks 2 soft drinks and a kids virgin margarita. The kids margarita took 15 minutes to be made and brought to the table. We asked for a couple minutes to decide on what to order and she didn’t come back to the table for 15 minutes. In the meantime another waitress refilled our chips. But our food never came, there were others who came after us and order who received their food. We waited 40 minutes for 2 burritos and 2 enchiladas. With the waitress not coming back to our table. I left enough cash on the table for our drinks, told another waitress we were leaving and why and left.
