Godfather's Pizza - Fort Dodge

They are making their homemade dough perfectly, using fresh toppings, and baking everything to perfection, all while having the utmost friendly service. You may need to call quite a bit ahead because everyone is loving them and they are super busy. Rate them on their service and their quality, and not based on how long you had to wait for such a wonderful product. It is not fast food. You and your family will absolutely love this place.

Bad customer service! Rude staff at the register. Waited an hour to pick up. Breadsticks were overcooked and pizza dough wasn?t cooked long enough. Never going back there again since they treat customers terribly! None of them were wearing name tags so I didn?t know their names!

I ordered a medium taco pizza and a medium order of cheese breadsticks. I was told the order would be ready in 25 minutes, I went through the drive-through 30 minutes later and still sat in the drive-through for 15 minutes while the guy at the drive-through window could not find my order and kept running back-and-forth trying to find it. He finally told me that it was not ready because they got busy inside. After waiting Another 10 minutes in the drive-through, I finally gotmy order and asked If it was hot or cold. He told me it was warm. Well he was wrong Dash the order was completely cold. It did not taste like the old Godfathers taco pizza either.

Pizza was burnt and cold. I called to complain. the manager was very rude and basically told me it was my problem. What a waste of 22 dollars. We will never eat there again. Not the same as the old Godfathers.

Pizza crust is cooked all the way through. No doughy middle. Cooked perfectly. (Personal pan)
