Bidrage med feedbackI had a positive experience at this restaurant overall. I am giving it 4 stars because they forgot to include the main dish in my takeout order. I didn't realize until I got home and unpacked the box. I had to drive back to the restaurant to pick it up, which was inconvenient, especially with a hungry family waiting at home.
The management has driven this restaurant into the ground. The tortillas are cold and hard, there has been no ice for months, and they never answer the phone. I found the company's number online, but this place should be shut down. I will be contacting the city to permanently close this restaurant if improvements are not made soon.
To begin the personal is very rude, secondly they do not make her eat with care, they beat it together. if you're burrito, it's all bean to see all the meats to a hauch more acid. they pay extra for the guacamole that is never fresh and never tastes good. Guarantee whether they use the app or go in person, they will screw their order, they have missing food, they will have a wrong product, they will screw something up. I will never go back to this tacoglocke and highly recommend people also elsewhere.
I wish I could give those ZERO stars. I've never left an assessment about a google, but I really had a bit of fear before this place. the worker on the intercom made the most disturbing noises before we even tried to order. we thought they were open because the lights were up and the order screen worked. Before we even tried to place an order, the worker made animal noises. I understand that this place is near a university, but this behavior was disgusting. I will like to drive half a block down for mcdonald’s, because they at least treat people with the mere minimum amount of respect.
One person said they had maintenance problems, another said they had personal problems. the type that took a “smoke break” outside was too lazy to offer great customer service and easy to run and get my “in-store” pickup order as it was paid, but was said to get in the looooooooooooong drive through the line as the load was near for this or that reason. I mean, they want me to have space in their drive through the line, only for the cash, to give me my paid order if this young boy could have said "absolutely, let me go that for them, will take me seconds". that would have been an excellent customer service. that is missing in these children to think outside the box.
