Smashburger - Fort Collins

Great burger. COLORADO BURGER, have one. He was waiting for my food job for 20 minutes. Others who were ordered online were also told an additional 20 to 30 minutes to get their order. The hostesses did not recognize people waiting for their orders.

I'm a door window, and I had a pick-up on the evening of the 12th. October 2022, at 5:30. I had another delivery in my car from the Cheeba Hut next door. I went in and was greeted by an African American and told him I had a delivery. He said? we have this in a few minutes.? 23 minutes go by and I'll wait for dinner! I've never been told how much longer, I've been ignored and never seen from one of the frontend people, other deliveries where come and go? I cancelled the delivery, the gentleman on his food for long and apologise, and literally leave without saying a word! Before I left, the African American man began to be heated on the line of chefs to not do dead?s ready. I literally stood there for 20 minutes and was never told anything! Ridiculous!

Had my first Smashburger the other day. It won't be our last. Very tasty, good service and everything at a reasonable price. Give them a try when you're in Fort Collins!

Done to give this place several chances. Three times in a row I had waited over 30 minutes and one of them took an hour. Every three times ended with cold food. No excuse. Don't waste your time or money here. It was great years ago, but quickly went up the hill.

VERY good. There was a 30 minute wait for my order, but they were transparent about it up front which is what a lot of restaurants lack the ability to do. So even though the long wait, I keep it at a perfect score. Fries were amazing, burger was a great size, price was reasonable(around $16 for a full combo) Quiet restaurant, open view kitchen, and friendly staff. Definitely a step above Five Guys in the similar genre. Will be making this a regular stop.
