La Piadina Italian Flatbread Sandwiches

Got a fun history lesson and a chance to celebrate the food truck’s 10 year anniversary with a quick-delivered and easy-to-share OG piadina (think: ancient flatbread quesadilla). Owner is so personable and easy to chat with. America needs more Italia/Romania!

Big fan of Piadina. I usually eat at their food truck when it's parked at Odell. The spicy meatball piadina is comforting and delicious. 5 stars.
