Charco Broiler - Fort Collins

This place was incredible! The wait staff were excellent! The venue was really really awesome! The front area looked like a dinner. You go through the doors and you enter an older looking themed restaurant area with nice lighting. When you keep going you enter a really cool lounge area with rounded booths and brick walls. Reminded us of something you’d see in Vegas. The food was very very good. I ordered the New York Strip with a loaded baked potato and a bowl of French onion soup.. The steak was cooked perfectly, medium rare and was obviously fresh. Their French onion was the best I’ve ever had and I order French onion soup everywhere I go. The potato was delicious and our beers were cold! Can’t wait to come back!

Best steak in Fort Collins. Atmosphere is like walking into an old cowboy kitchen. Highly recommend

I heard someone say once if you want a good steak, don 't go where the bankers and lawyers go, go where the ranchers and cattlemen go and that place is Charco-Broiler. The food is all scratch and high quality, The steaks are the best around. My beer delivery friends say it 's the cleanest kitchen in town. We had two incredibly friendly servers, it felt like being doted on by a favorite aunt. Highly recommended. The decor is a little dated, but that 's part of the charm.

I have eaten here 2 times before and the food was awsome. So we decided Togo for my birthday. They could not get the cook on my steak right it came out blue 2 times and the 3rd time it wasn't good. You can't cook the same steak 3 times and expect customers Tobe happy. The biggest thing that made me mad and will never go back is the owner if the place that brought my steak out twice didn't even say sorry or even care that we had a bad experience. So best of luck you won't see a penny of my money again
