Bidrage med feedbackShown on 0601 and was the second vehicle in line. a worker came in 15 minutes late and both workers were hard incapable. for every customer no food or drink was produced for 25 minutes. coworkers didn't know that their menu and I didn't come into the window until 0625. When I arrived at the window, the coffees did not even begin. Actually, the teamworkers asked me 3 different times for an alternative order, as they were not aware that there were no stocks. at this point I wanted to go as it was 0635 and I was charged for something they didn't have. sat in line for 35 minutes and went with nothing than the 2nd vehicle in line. miserable experience. poor management.
Very slow. This is by far the worst Dunkin donut location I’ve ever seen. They take 10 mins in every car.
? .... aafes needs to fire every one here , even the manager... immediately !!! I think it's the worst dunkin In Columbus... all you see is the employees on their phones , even the manager, mrs lopez , she is the worst !!!
In 33yrs and 4 different states I’ve lived in, this is by far the worst location ever. They spend on average about 7mins per car at the drive through. The employees have zero work ethic. Doesn’t seem to have anyone in charge
We all waited in the drive through line for 20 minutes after it opened. Could see the workers inside, but the doors were locked and the lights were off. 6 or 7 cars left. If you’re going to post an opening time of 6, open at six. If not change your hours.
