Rub employees acting like they are doing me a favor for doing their job.

I have never been to a drive-through where the drive-through person did not even speak to me at all, just stood in the window with her hand held out! I gave her my card to pay for my order. She took my card, swiped it and handed me my bag of food and my card at the same time and did not even speak at all throughout the whole transaction.. I’m disappointed always have gotten good service here.

I have never been in a more dirty fast food restaurant!

Stopped in to take a break on the way to Florida, great service and great frosties. Parking: Plenty of parking spaces. Kid-friendliness: Kids were hungry when we entered, we were good to go when we ate and left.

Cheese was on salad when I asked for no cheese. Had to wait a few minutes at the counter to even tell them this. No forks or dressing were provided with the salad. Was not asked about dressing; just didn't get any dressing for either salad.
